Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Avii Technolabs Private Limited, India ("Avii", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website.
Information we collect and why
When you submit a brief, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation, selected area of interest and message. We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you and discuss potential services. Submission time, a reference identifier and email delivery status are also recorded. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information about other people without permission.
Storage and email delivery
Briefs are stored in our hosted database on Cloudflare D1. We use Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, to send your submission to our internal recipient mailbox. Your email is included as the reply-to address so we can respond. Hosting, email and mailbox providers process information to supply their services; processing may take place outside India, subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell contact form data.
We retain enquiry information while needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records or comply with legal obligations. The website does not currently implement automatic expiry of submissions. You may request deletion through the contact form. Records that must be retained by law may be kept; copies in provider logs or backups may remain until their normal retention cycles expire.
Consent and your choices
Submitting the form indicates consent to use the submitted details for the purposes explained beside the form and in this policy. You may withdraw consent by making a request through the same form; withdrawal does not affect processing already undertaken lawfully. If you do not wish to share your data, do not submit the form. Copy and download options remain available for a brief prepared during submission. A failed delivery may still leave a stored submission.
Cookies, analytics and browser features
We have not added advertising trackers or a website analytics script. Our hosting and security providers may use essential security cookies and request logs to protect and operate the website, including technical information such as IP address and browser details. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives network request information when fonts are fetched. Copying a brief uses the clipboard only when you click Copy; downloading creates a local text file. If we introduce optional analytics or non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
Privacy requests and DPDP rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, subject to applicable commencement dates, rules and exceptions, individuals have rights concerning information about processing, correction, completion, updating and erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination of another person in the event of death or incapacity. Consent may also be withdrawn. The framework has phased commencement; this notice does not represent that every provision is already in force.
Use the website contact form and identify your message as a privacy request or grievance. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Where available under the applicable framework, unresolved grievances may be raised with the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
Security, children and updates
We use server-side processing and restrict database and email settings to authorised access. No system can guarantee absolute security. This business enquiry form is intended for adults; children should not submit personal data through it. We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. For questions, use the website form.
